A minimum of 75% attendance will be required for you to complete the programme and receive your certificate.

Debbie Ng

Trainer, Inlingua school of languages

Ms Debbie Ng is a freelance trainer with 35 years of experience and is currently working in Inlingua school of languages. She holds a Bachelor of Economics in the National University of Singapore (1980). Prior to joining Inlingua, she has worked in Simon Hydraulic Jacks as a business partner, Actimek Pte Ltd as a general insurance executive and recently as a private tutor. Her area of specialization involves Chinese-Hokkien language as a trainer and and private academic tutor, entrepreneurship, and banking. She has also taught medical staff from several hospitals in Singapore.

Tan Ooh Chye

Trainer, inlingua School of Languages

Mr Tan Ooh Chye is a freelance trainer and is currently working in Inlingua school of languages. He is also currently the principal of the Institute of Chinese Medical Studies. He holds an MBA in marketing with distinction from the University of Paisley, UK (2001). Prior to joining Inlingua, he has worked in UOB, SIM, UOL, the Chinese Opera Institute, and the Nanyang academy of Fine Arts. His area of specialization includes Chinese-Teochew language as a trainer, medical and academic training. He was also involved the promotion of Chinese Medicine Foundation Board as a board member, and the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Singapore Alumni Association as an hon. Secretary.

Course Fees: $517.4 (excluding GST)

Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/ PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in
eligible community care organisations.
