To ensure our seniors remain actively engaged in their golden years, we support the Council for Third Age’s (C3A) efforts in tailoring the learning environment to meet the training needs of older adult learners.

KWSH signed a new Memorandum of Understanding with C3A, which was announced during the launch of the new Singapore Standard SS 693 Geragogy Guidelines on Training Senior Learners on 11 Aug. The event was graced by Guest of Honour Minister for Health Ong Ye Kung.

Through this strategic partnership, KWSH will facilitate workshops adopting gerogogy guidelines for the Community Care Sector. We will also promote senior learning through the courses by National Silver Academy and encourage seniors from our active ageing centres to participate in C3A’s programmes.

To cater to the different needs of each cohort of seniors, KWSH and C3A will continually adapt our activities to ensure they remain exciting and relevant for seniors.
