KWSH has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) to build healthcare capabilities and nurture the next generation of healthcare professionals through internships, job placements, training programmes, and more.
The MOU was announced at SUSS’ Integrated Care Learning Symposium on 30 Oct, and the signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr Mohamad Maliki Bin Osman, Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs.
On the new partnership, CEO Dr Mok Ying Jang said, “We look forward to deepening the skills, supporting the expansion of job roles and elevating the standard of care through new innovative solutions to address the sector’s evolving needs.”
During the symposium, Assistant Director of Learning & Organisational Development, William Loh, shared with fellow participants from the community care and healthcare sectors on how the Hospital is building a sustainable learning culture. Dr Mok also enjoyed a fruitful discussion with our counterparts on future collaboration opportunities.
As a learning organisation, we remain committed to building up our capabilities to stay future-ready. We thank SUSS for the invitation!
