COURSE DESCRIPTION / AIMS
This course covers the rationale of performance management for healthcare organisations. Students will be introduced to the various performance management tools commonly used, how it can be used to improve the healthcare institution’s quality performance and some methods for measuring the outcomes of these improvements. There are 5 short lessons in this course and it will take around 8 hours to complete it. Participants are required to submit simple tasks along the way. Lesson notes are available for downloading in PDF format for videos and web pages.

Course Fees: $137.92 (excluding GST)
Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/ PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.
