Robert is the founder and principal of Eagles Wings – a lean, six sigma and agile consulting and training firm based in Singapore.

His wide ranging experience includes global and regional leadership positions in industry. He has over the last decade been closely involved with providing lean and lean six sigma consulting and education services to clients to help them improve their processes and organizational performance. His engagements have brought him to the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

His lean process improvement experience extends from areas as diverse as customer service to software development, air travel catering services to supply chain logistics, from manufacturing to maintenance repair and overhaul services, from IT to health-care services.

He holds an MBA and a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is passionate about lean and it is his hope that enlightened organizations will leverage lean to its fullest potential to keep ahead of the growing competition around them. As a Thought Leader on the subject of lean he speaks at conferences and contributes his ideas, views and concerns to business and technical publications. He is a consultant, educator and researcher of lean, lean six sigma and agile.

Cho is an accomplished strategy and Lean Six Sigma consultant with proven track records in driving business performance and customer satisfaction in both public and commercial organisations.

Highly regarded for expertise in leading consulting engagements, workshop facilitation, training and coaching. Prior to founding Ezer Consulting, served as Lean Six Sigma MBB and PMO lead of Microsoft Asia Operations.

He was recognized with 5 global Microsoft awards for delivering tangible business financial benefits and increased customer satisfaction through Lean Six Sigma approaches and practices. He is the course developer of a Lean Six Sigma degree course and an associate tutor for Statistics at UniSIM School of Business.

Cho has 25+ years in strategy consulting, Lean Six Sigma, project management and business operations.

Cho has provide Lean Six Sigma consulting; facilitated numerous Lean Six Sigma workshops, conducted Lean Six Sigma training and coaching, supported business process design and transformation. He has also been involved with program management and complex project management.
