Course Overview

In today’s fast moving and competitive world, it is essential for organisation to be equipped with the mindset and tool set to continuously innovate. This course will introduce to participants some of the concepts that form the basis of the innovation. This course has been designed to create an awareness and expose participants to the skills needed for understanding of where/how they can contribute, and sets them on the journey to being more innovative and creative in delivering their services and/or resolving problems.

 

Please Note:

A minimum of 75% attendance will be required for you to complete the programme and receive your certificate.

Target Participants

For care staff who have supervisory and guiding role; and influences workplace/processes e.g.: Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Senior Therapist/Principle Therapist, Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Nurse Clinician, Nurse Educator, Executive, Senior Executive, Manager, Allied Health Professional.

Ms Lim Hong Li

Associate Facilitator, Trainer & Consultant of Facilitators Network Singapore

Ms Lim Hong Li is an associate facilitator, trainer, and consultant with 23 years of experience and is working in the Facilitators Network Singapore. Prior to this role he has worked in the Singapore turf club, national library board as executives and the MDA as an assistant manager of project and quality management. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the National University of Singapore (1996). His area of specialization include facilitation, process management, project management, quality management and organization development, creativity and innovation, teambuilding and learning and development.

Lee Seng Teck

Facilitative Trainer & Consultant, Facilitators Network Singapore

Mr Lee Seng Teck is a a facilitator, trainer, and consultant with over 25 years of experience and is working in FNS. Prior to this role he has worked as a naval combat officer in the NDU, and is also currently working as a professional counsellor on family matters in school. He holds a bachelor cum post graduate diploma in counseling from the Singapore University of Social Science and a diploma with merit in mechatronics engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Mr Lee’s area of specialization include counselling children with special needs, counselling elderly in the area of dementia, depression and delirium, and is a certified competent facilitator.

Course Fees: $557.29 (excluding GST)

Prevailing course fee subsidy at 90% for Singaporeans/ PRs and 45% for foreign staff working in eligible community care organisations.
