Thomas Yeo
Managing Director
Thomas is an experienced workforce and people development consultant with more than 20 years of experience. He enables Enterprise Human Capital Transformation and Development using A.I. and Data Science, and helps enterprises improve their business processes, plan for organisation development and value creation through customer-centric focus. He adopts the “Design Thinking” methodology in analysing, developing and implementing HRM and HRD systems and process, developing talent and people capability through a systematic approach of skills identification, talent development, learning and development, and performance management. Through working with technology partners, he introduced technology-enabled consultancy and helped a number of companies into skills digitisation and digitalisation for organisation and people capability planning and development.
At international level works, Thomas consults for overseas governments on industry manpower and skills development via Asian Development Bank, World Bank and UNESCO as Associate Consultant and Expert. He delivered projects in China, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Palestine and Indonesia.
As an Adult Educator, Thomas enjoys sharing of knowledge and skills learners, peers and industry practitioners. He is currently an Associate Faculty Lecturer / Trainer with:

Hector Lin
Consultant
Hector possesses over 10 years of consulting, training and coaching experience in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Branding & Marketing and, Human Capital Development & Technology.
He carries with him a proven track record of developing sales teams and processes highly effective at achieving desired business outcomes. He enriches his training with relevant industry knowledge as a practitioner in the areas of direct sales, channel strategy, partnerships and alliances.
He is currently a Director at JobKred, a Singapore company that uses Artificial Intelligence and Data Science to help individuals, enterprises, schools and governments stay relevant in today’s VUCA world by providing access to real-time labour market intelligence and implementing cloud-based systems that empower transformation journeys.
Hector possesses an Executive Master of Science in Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York. He also graduated with a Double Masters in Business Administration and Applied Project Management from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
He is certified in Singapore’s WSQ Advanced Certificate in Career Development Facilitation (ACCDF) / Global Career Development Facilitator-Singapore (GCDF-SG) and Singapore’s WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). His certification as a Certified Professional (CP) with the Institute of Human Resource Professional (IHRP) is currently underway.
In 2020, Hector is appointed to be a pre-approved consultant endorsed by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to conduct job redesign for enterprises. Hector is one of the pioneering consultants appointed into a highly limited pool under the national program PSG JR.
He holds a wealth of consulting, research and training experience across varied industries in the Asia Pacific region. Some of the organisations he has helped to grow include Singapore Tourism Board, KIA, ST Engineering Marine, MeTech, Christian Dior, HomeTeamNS, GNC, Ikari and more.
Hector is passionate about career development for students, professionals and enterprises. He is currently representing Singapore as the Country Director on the board of Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA). He is also the Secretary-General of the People & Career Development Association (PCDA) of Singapore.
He is also active in volunteering, providing pro-bono counselling, motivation talks and serving as panel judges. He engages schools, polytechnics and tertiary institutions, to organise workshops which introduce youth to new technologies and help them develop a grounded understanding of the future of work.
Johnson Wong
L&D Consultant
Johnson is a learning and performance designer, with more than 14 years of experience working in the learning & development field for higher education entities. He has about 5 years of consulting experience working in the public and private organisations.
Presently, he provides advisory services on learning experience design, performance support systems, talent development tools, workplace learning, workforce skills transformation, career and competency roadmaps, business design and innovation.
He is an associate consultant of a local polytechnic where he provides services such as train-the-trainers for workplace learning, designing performance support and needs assessments. He is also an associate consultant with the polytechnic’s international arm for regional industry and vocational skills transformation projects on TVET and i4.0.
He volunteers at an international global non-profit agency on regional community projects related to experience design and skills development.
He has written articles on HR, management, learning and performance, creativity and innovation with more than 25 featured in HR in Asia, Training Industry (USA), Training Journal (UK) and Training Magazine (USA), Human Resources magazine: Spring Issue, Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (HRINZ). He has also published two books – Advanced Design Techniques and Creative Thinkers Journal.
