Apply Agile Thinking to Non-IT Projects

The Agile framework was designed to be applicable to all types of projects; the application of this digital age thinking and practices to processes and other types of non-IT enterprise projects was foreseen from the very beginning of the business agility movement.

Through interactive instructions and team-based exercises, this one-day workshop introduces Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles so that participants from Care Sector can understand how to use them with their teams and organizations to build more products/services in a timely manner.
